Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Pancakes
CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN SPICE PANCAKES
Pancakes are life. And when pancakes have pumpkin spice in it, its even better.
This has got to be the easiest pancake recipe ever, because it’s using a mix. So there’s hardly work involved.
Heinen’s maple syrup and Stonewall Kitchen pumpkin pancake mix is amazing.
All you need to add to the mix is the chocolate chips, an egg and milk!
CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN SPICE PANCAKES
Ingredients
1 cup Stonewall Kitchen Pumpkin Pancake Mix
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup chocolate chips
maple syrup for topping
pepitas for topping
Instructions
Beat egg, mix with milk first.
Add egg and milk mixture to pancake mix in a bowl.
Mix well, then fold in chocolate chips.
On medium to medium low, pour batter on griddle or flat skillet and cook as desired.
Top with syrup and pepitas if desired.
