CARAMEL CREAM FROTH OVER ICED CREAM ESPRESSO DRINK

I’ve got a new weekend coffee treat routine for you. There’s a trend going on right now with caramel cream in coffee, and this is as easy as it gets, friends.

I used Stok’s Creamed Espresso as the base. You’ll need some whipping cream or Vitamin D Milk to froth with caramel syrup! You can use whatever coffee base you like.

Heinen’s has a ton of dairy options, but a local dairy here, Smith’s is typically what we buy. I like to have a skim milk on hand, a creamer or whipping cream, and an oat milk option in my fridge at all times.

You can probably use a caramel drizzle sauce as well if you can’t find syrup. It should still froth the same.

CARAMEL CREAM FROTH OVER ICED CREAM ESPRESSO DRINK RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamed espresso (or desired coffee base)

  • ice cubes 3/4ths of cup full, or none if you have cold coffee

  • 1 tablespoon caramel syrup or sauce

  • 1/2 cup whipping cream or vitamin D milk

Instructions

In a frothing cup or measuring cup, pour the syrup or sauce into the cream and use a hand frother to froth the cream until desired consistency.

Add ice to your drinking glass, and pour over the iced cream espresso, or coffee of choice.

Slowly pour the caramel cream sauce over the coffee.

That’s it! You can drizzle caramel sauce over the top if desired.
