SHAMROCK MINT CHOCOLATE SHAKES

I’m going to be real straight forward with these babies, because mint chocolate chip is my favorite ice cream. Like ever. There’s no contest with these tastebuds.

Heinens has their own mint chocolate chip ice cream and it’s very dreamy!

SHAMROCK MINT CHOCOLATE SHAKE RECIPE

Ingredients

• 2 cups mint chocolate chip ice cream

• 1/2 cup 2% milk

• cup of ice to make sure shake is blended thick

• few drops of mint syrup or extract

• whipped cream for topping

• raspberries and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

For the shake, mix the first 4 ingredients into a blender of food processor to blend.

Blend until desired shake consistency.

Pour into glass and top with whipped cream ( I use the spray can) and raspberry with mint.
