• non-stick oval baking dish, or 8x8” baking dish

• 2, 8oz Heinen’s cream cheese

• 1/4 cup mayonnaise

• 1 tsp Two Brother’s Sweet and Smokey Spice

• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

• 2 tbsp chopped chives

• 1 cup grated sharp cheddar

• 1/2 cup grated gruyere

• Two Brother’s pepper jelly

• chips, vegetables, meat sticks for dippers

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray baking dish with cooking spray.

In a bowl with hand mixer, or in a stand mixer, blend cream cheese, seasoning, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, cheeses and chives until well blended.

Spread the cream cheese mixture in the baking dish, bake until the edges are slightly bubbly, about 15 minutes.

Place the pepper jelly in a microwavable bowl, and heat for about 40 seconds to soften. This will make it easier to spread on top the cream cheese mixture.

Spread over the mixture to have a nice layer (or the amount you desire) of the jelly on top.

I tend to add more chives on top for garnish.

Serve with the accoutrements.
